The Warranty Analyst is responsible for providing leadership and direction to exceed quality standards and customers' expectations with continuous improvements to reduce labor and material costs. This position working primarily remote with the expectation to come on-site in Oshkosh, WI approximately 1-2 times a month.

Your Impact

• Document and maintain all warranty repairs by means of a database filing system.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing personnel to resolve repetitive warranty claims.
• Develop, document, and maintain training for all three levels of Service Technicians.
• Contact customers to schedule a Service Technician to perform warranty repairs on the road.
• Set up all necessary connections for the Service Technicians on the road; this would include flights, rental cars, hotels, money, and working locations.
• Develop a list of emergency contacts for all Service Technicians when on the road.
• Maintain a strong background of new products developed by Oshkosh Defense.
• Exhibit good computer skills using One-World and Microsoft Office systems.
• Initiate work order numbers for incoming warranty.

Pay Range : $56,600.00 - $88,400.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
