Leads estimating and budgeting efforts during conceptual and schematic phases to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee early cost modeling and budget control.

Collaborate with architects and engineers on design development.

Review bid proposals and subcontractor engagement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s in Construction or Engineering.

8+ years in estimating or preconstruction leadership.
