• Physician - Gastroenterologist SCHEDULE :   - Full-Time or Part-Time - No Nights - No Weekends - No Holidays - Minimal Low Volume On-Call Rotation - Schedule Details Negotiable CLINIC HOURS : - Monday to Friday - 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm - Closed Weekends - Closed Holidays FULL-TIME COMPENSATION :   - $600,000+ Annual Income Potential - $425,000 Guaranteed Base Salary - 50% of Collections (after 2x base salary) - Partnership Track (after 2 years) - ASC Minority Ownership (after 3 years) - Malpractice Insurance - Health Insurance - Paid Time Off - $2,500 Annual CME Allowance - 1 Week CME Paid Time Off - License / DEA Fees Paid - 401k w / 3% Match LOCATION :   Mission Viejo, California COMPANY PROFILE :   This physician-owned private practice has been serving the residents of Mission Viejo and the surrounding area for nearly 25 years.  They have their own certified endoscopy center and affiliations with local hospitals.  They boast a staff of 2 gastroenterologists, 7 nurses, 6 clinical assistants and technicians, and a dedicated administrative team.  They are currently hiring due to growth and are excited to welcome a new physician to the team.
