Principal Interoperability Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Interoperability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of FHIR-based interoperability architecture for digital quality measurement solutions

Act as a subject matter expert in FHIR and CQL, developing and validating CQL logic for digital quality measures

Oversee integration of clinical and claims data using HL7 standards and design FHIR-based APIs for data exchange workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, health informatics, or related field

10+ years of experience in healthcare IT with a focus on interoperability / integration

5+ years of experience with HL7 FHIR and related healthcare data standards

Expert-level knowledge of FHIR standard and Clinical Quality Language

Strong architecture and software engineering skills related to data exchange, particularly in .NET and RESTful APIs
