Work as a flexible RN across various service lines including General, Neuro, Ortho, and Robotics

Participate in assigned call schedules as required

Maintain professional image and exhibit excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers

Assess patient needs based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination and diagnostic data analysis

Delegate, supervise, and evaluate activities of other team members while executing immediate directives in urgent situations

Provide appropriate nursing interventions consistent with Plan of Care and standards of practice

Complete verification of Safe Surgery checklist using service excellence standards

Record all care information concisely, accurately and completely in timely manner

Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patient and staff

Prepare operating room for patient procedures and position patients on operating table

Serve as communication liaison to family and members of the operating team

Assist in control and maintenance of supplies and equipment

Perform all circulating duties with efficiency and speed

Computer skills required with knowledge of programs utilized for patient care delivery

Demonstrate continued professional growth through goal setting and educational participation
