Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 - Based on years of experience
• Fiscal year bonus based on productivity
• Health Insurance Employers Pays : (1st day of the month following 60 days)
• 80% for Employee
• 50% for Employee & Spouse or Employee & Children
• 40% for Family Plan
• Dental Insurance / Vision Insurance
• Dental benefit at dental center for employee and family with no premiums
• Life Insurance at 2x annual salary
• Retirement Package - 401(K) with 3% Match (After one year of employment)
• Student loan repayment through the NHSC
• 120 hours of paid vacation
