Job descriptionMinimum 3-5 years of previous Guest Services or Rooms Division management experience. Experience in a luxury hotel and / or upscale full-service boutique hotel is required. Must have been at a property of at least 200 rooms or more. Proficiency in systems such as Opera Cloud, Alice, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
