Personnel Resources has an opening for an Estimator for a local manufacturing facility in Dothan. This position offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule. Some Saturdays will be required.

Job Description :

Developing cost estimates for projects.

Interpreting requirements for takeoffs, specifications, and verbal written sales quotations.

Corresponding with architects, subcontractors / contractors and internal personnel in preparation on sales quotes.

Developing and Maintaining Customer Relationships.

Education Requirements :

Drafting, Pre-Engineering or related coursework / experience is highly preferred

2+ years of industrial manufacturing experience is preferred

Prior experience with cost estimating in the structural steel or construction industries is required
