Facilities Manager

As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will develop a team responsible for providing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings. The position is in Facilities Management, handling asset operations and supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

What You'll Do

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching and be responsible for the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and lead all aspects of the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed!
• Coordinate and handle facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues!
• Prepare and handle capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports and conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety standard processes.
• Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal laws. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities. Lead environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Identify, fix, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

Compensation

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $90,000 annually [or $43.27 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
