Job descriptionConduct new hire safety training sessions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Train drivers on daily reporting procedures (vehicle inspections, hours of service, incident reports, etc.) Maintain compliance records for EPA, DOT, and OSHA Track and report Federal, State, and internal documentation Conduct facility inspections and evaluate safe work behaviors Provide administrative support to the Fleet Safety & Maintenance Manager Coordinate with vendors and location managers to ensure consistent training and scheduling Promote a culture of safety and adherence to company policies Minimum 2 years of safety experience High school diploma or GED required OSHA and FMCSA experience preferred Strong ability to interpret safety rules and procedure manuals Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude
