Credit Analyst

Job Title

Responsibilities : Reviews, analyzes and approves or denies customer credit applications. Manages credit hold policy, reviewing customer account status, payment and collections. Provides communications to MAs (marketing associates), on customer accounts. Handles escalated collection accounts. Performs regular review of customer files to manage risk and remain compliant with audit controls. Makes recommendations on bad debt management.
