Location : Berea OH. The position is hybrid. We will be selecting from applicants the Greater Cleveland area (local candidates only)
Essential Functions :
Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of Our Promise each and every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.
- Aggregate, analyze and interpret data from reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with metrics needed to inform decision making.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and outcomes in behavioral health.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making for programmatic and operational improvements, quality of care and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure data and reports meet their needs and provide value.
- Identify metrics and analyze data to inform quarterly progress on strategic initiatives related to clinical quality.
- Manage timelines to ensure that data and reports related to clinical outcomes are submitted in accordance with contractual timelines.
- Provide consultation to program directors and managers related to data collection, special reporting, program improvement and advanced data interpretation.
- Support the development and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives within behavioral health services.
- Demonstrate positive leadership, promote an inclusive work environment and present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.
- Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, healthcare administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in analytics.Experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards for data visualization.Experience working with healthcare or behavioral health data (ex. clinical outcomes, service utilization, patient satisfaction, quality metrics).Qualifications :
Mission driven; strong desire to make an impact.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex datasets.Highly effective oral and written communication skills with ability to develop and deliver presentations, training sessions and demonstrations.Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and privacy standards in healthcare (ex. HIPAA).Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels of the organization.Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and good professional judgment.Strong organizational skills : able to handle multiple priorities with strict attention to detail and perform work independently.Effective computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 tools.Possess a valid Ohio Driver's License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.Successfully meet pre-employment drug screen, physical exam and all pre-employment background requirements.Benefits include :
