Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rehabilitation Director located in Mansfield, CT. The Rehabilitation Director will oversee the development and management of rehabilitation programs, including occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy. Daily tasks include coordinating therapy sessions, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experienced OTA or PTA or Experienced and Registered OT or PT
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience in sub-acute or long-term care settings is a plus
• Current relevant state licensure or certification
