TRAINING COORDINATOR

Join the Controlled F.O.R.C.E. team! For over twenty years, our company has provided tactical training, consulting, and management services to law enforcement, military branches, and security personnel. We are currently seeking a Phone Representative for our downtown Batavia office. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to our mission of supporting law enforcement agencies nationwide.

Training Coordinators communicate with law enforcement agencies nationwide, provide training information, and notify departments of upcoming sessions. Includes making outbound sales calls, emailing, faxing, generating / tracking leads, and registering officers; general office work; and other duties as assigned.

Qualified applicants for the Phone Representative position will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in general computer skills, and a strong sense of reliability. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is also a key requirement for this role.

18 / hour

Full-time; Monday - Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm
