We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Charlotte.

About the role

The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing software, hardware, and networks. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of IT systems and supports end users by identifying and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities : Technical Support

  • Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to IT-related inquiries and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.
  • Employee onboarding and exiting tasks, laptop and iPad provisioning.
  • Managing and following up on all incoming service requests into Jira Service Management.

Cybersecurity Skills

  • Understanding of the following or equivalent remediation tools : Sentinel One, N-Able RMM & patch deployment, Egress Defend, Cove data protection.
  • Experience with compromised accounts and remediation & recovery processes.

    • Networking Skills

  • Strong understanding of network protocols such as TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP.
  • Understanding of networking commands such as IPCONFIG, TRACERT, PING.
  • Understanding of Access Points. RADIUS configuration is a plus.

    • Cloud Infrastructure Skills

  • Proficiency in managing Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of MS 365 licensing practices, 2FA configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Intune app and deployment profiles.
  • Solid understanding of Identity management, dynamic distribution lists rules.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure).
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint permissions.

    • Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must be a critical thinker.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Qualifications : Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing IT systems and providing technical support.
  • Experience in maintaining network infrastructure.

    • Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related experience.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
