We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Bend branch. You will be responsible for providing personalized care to our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment in their home environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care techniques
