Key Responsibilities Review loan applications and due diligence materials, ensuring thorough analysis and approval Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and oversee communication with key stakeholders throughout the loan process Train and mentor underwriting team members, while conducting market research and presenting to the Investment / Loan Committee as needed Required Qualifications 8 or more years of experience in underwriting roles Thorough knowledge of Agency financing and multifamily financing alternatives Proficient in analyzing Mortgage Credit and Borrower structures Proven management capability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
