Home Health LPN / LVN

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN / LVN (Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse) – Home Health provides skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home and accompanies them when indicated to appointments, etc.

Minimum Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program

Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse in the state in which the LPN / LVN will practice

One year prior professional nursing experience, home care experience preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

$2,152 / Week

• Location : Lakewood, CO
• Start : ASAP
• Pay : $2,152 gross weekly
• Shift : Days – 5x8 hour shifts
• Length : 8 weeks
• Prior Home Healthexperience preferred, must have active CO or Compact LPN license, and havereliable personal vehicle / valid drivers license.
