Respiratory Therapist – Connecticut

Full-Time | $20,000–$30,000 Sign-On Bonus | Rotating Shifts | 3x12.5 Hour Schedule

A leading healthcare system in Connecticut is seeking multiple Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) to join their dynamic and highly skilled respiratory care team. This is a great opportunity for both new graduates and experienced clinicians to work in an advanced, patient-focused environment that values teamwork and clinical excellence.

Position Highlights :

5 full-time openings available

3x12.5-hour schedule with rotating day (7 : 00 AM–8 : 00 PM) and night (7 : 00 PM–7 : 30 AM) shifts

Rotating weekends and holidays required

Candidates must be able to rotate between day and night shifts

Sign-On Bonuses :

Up to $30,000 for Respiratory Therapists with 1+ years of experience

Up to $20,000 for new graduate Respiratory Therapists (less than 1 year of experience)

Responsibilities :

Deliver respiratory therapy modalities including oxygen, aerosol, and ventilation therapy.

Monitor, evaluate, and adjust ventilator settings based on patient needs.

Perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis.

Respond to emergency situations including codes and rapid responses.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

Current CRT or RRT credential.

Active CT Respiratory Care Practitioner license (or eligibility).

Current BLS certification ; ACLS preferred.

Flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts.
