Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - US (Remote). Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement interactive e-learning and blended learning experiences Translate complex processes into user-friendly instructional materials and ensure compliance with industry standards Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve learning programs based on learner needs and business goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Learning Technology 3-5 years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare or IT / SaaS environments Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Storyline Familiarity with LMS platforms like Cornerstone or Moodle Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Camtasia
