Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationAsa Regional Sales Manager for our Transportation vertical here at Honeywell, youwill play a crucial role in leading and managing sales operations within the westernhalf of the US region. You will be responsible for driving business growth,managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in theBuilding Automation industry, inclusive of BMS, Fire Alarm & Securitysolutions. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability todrive results will be essential in achieving sales objectives. You will report directly to our Transportation Sales Director and you'll workout of our US location on a remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by achievingsales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading ahigh-performing sales team. You will also have the opportunity to collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive businessexpansion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Airports / Transportation industriesManage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfactionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectivesMonitor and analyze market trends and competitionEnsure operational excellence and adherence to quality standardsGuide and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives Work closely with product development and marketing teams to drive innovation and deliver value to customersAssign incentive quota targets for all sellers that aligns with the defined market strategy to meet or exceed AOPCoach team on Outcome based selling and C-Level engagements Drive accountability for accurate forecasts / pulse calls and pipeline growth within NEX (SalesForce) Source and onboard new employees to excel in both an Account Manager and Business Consultant frameworkEnhancing productivity by evaluating behaviorsand results of staff and performance managing to a specific level ofexpectationBENEFITSOF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developingsolutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywellemployees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
