A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, VBA, and Power Automate Support and enhance existing automations and applications, including MS Access databases and SharePoint-integrated workflows Provide tier-1 and tier-2 application support, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360, VBA, MS Access, Power Automate, or SharePoint integration Basic understanding of financial processes or reconciliation workflows Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
