IT Inventory Coordinator (IT Warehouse Assistant)

Asset Control Coordinator II is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations. This includes accurately pulling and preparing equipment orders for deployment, receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. This role also handles billing equipment to the appropriate locations or departments and ensures all IT assets are properly tracked, stored, billed, and ready for distribution to corporate, store, and field locations.
Major Responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming purchase orders. Stock equipment in the warehouse for order pulling and shipments.
- Accurately fulfill equipment orders through our ticketing systems, ensure equipment to properly packed for shipping and process the tracking information with UPS.
- Maintain detailed inventory records using our warehouse management system (SAP), ensure equipment is charged to the correct location.
- Process returned or broken equipment by documenting store information, equipment condition, and assist with the RMA process.
- Process damaged or lifecycle equipment for our salvage vendor, schedule times for equipment to be picked up and taken for recycling.
- Work closely with IT technicians to ensure equipment requests are fulfilled in a timely manner, with delivery date on time with installation.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree preferredHigh-school diploma required6+ years of related experienceProficient with current technologies and standard business applicationsSkills and Physical Demands :
