Head Varsity Golf Coach

Description

Louisville High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as the head coach for our high school golf team. This position offers an opportunity to mentor student-athletes, develop their skills, and foster a competitive and sportsmanlike environment.

Responsibilities include :

• Designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Organizing and overseeing practices, matches, and tournament participation.
• Encouraging teamwork, discipline, and personal growth among student-athletes.
• Communicating with school administration and parents regarding team matters.

Wage Range

The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
