Bon Secours Heathsville Family Practice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our collaborative, patient-centered care team. We serve a diverse community of patients from newborns through adulthood providing comprehensive primary care that emphasizes prevention, wellness, and long-term relationships.

Position Highlights

• Patient Population : Newborns to 21+
• Average Patients / Day :
• Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
• Call : Shared among 10+ providers (weekday 5p 7a; weekend Friday 5p Sunday 6p)
• Call limited to urgent adult issues only
• No medication refills or controlled substances management
• Average 1 10 calls per shift
• Virtual Health : Optional MyChart virtual visits for routine, follow-up, and acute care
