About The Position

Location :  Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey

Position Type :  Full-Time | Permanent | Outpatient

A respected multi-specialty group in the highly desirable  Lake Hopatcong, NJ  area is seeking a  Board Eligible or Board Certified Primary Care Physician  (Family or Internal Medicine) to join its collaborative and mission-driven team. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule, strong earning potential, and the chance to care for all age groups in a beautiful suburban community.

Position Highlights :

Outpatient-only practice in a well-established, multi-specialty group

36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours per week

Shared on-call and rotating Saturday shifts

Patient volume : 20–25 patients per day

Full-spectrum primary care : pediatrics through geriatrics

Emphasis on quality documentation (E / M & HCC coding) to support performance bonuses

Athena EMR

Strong medical and administrative support team

Open to new graduates (must be truly Board Eligible within 5 years)

Not accepting Locums, visa, or 1099 candidates

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary : $220,000–$240,000  (based on experience / training)

Performance bonuses  based on net collections (typically 35% after base draw)

Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified  or  Board Eligible  (within 5 years) in Family or Internal Medicine

New Jersey license  (or ability to obtain)

DEA, CDS / CSR certification, and BLS  (or willingness to obtain)

Must be committed to high-quality care, documentation accuracy, and teamwork
