As we expand our presence into new markets, we are actively seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our growing team in Columbia, SC.
What Youll Do
As a Senior Tax Manager at BPS, you will serve as a key leader in the tax practice, driving client service excellence, advancing business development initiatives, and contributing to the growth and mentorship of our tax team.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic insights on complex tax issues and opportunities.
- Managing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
- Leading multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
- Mentoring, supervising, and developing tax professionals at all levels, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Collaborating with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, including practice development, client acquisition, and cross-functional opportunities.
- Staying current on legislative changes and tax law developments to proactively advise clients.
