We’re seeking a hands-on leader to manage daily operations across our repair shop and warehouse. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with strong leadership and organizational skills to keep our equipment, people, and processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and schedule repair technicians to ensure timely, high-quality work.
Oversee inventory flow from equipment receipt to customer delivery.
Maintain accurate stock levels and enforce safety standards.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive, productive culture.
Identify and implement process improvements across departments.
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in repair or warehouse management (mine equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial systems preferred).
3+ years’ supervisory experience in a repair or warehouse environment.
Knowledge of safety protocols, repair shop procedures, and warehouse systems.
Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Excel; QuickBooks Enterprise a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
