Benefits

1. Department : Home Health / Hospice RN 2. Min 2 yrs experience required 3. BLS required, Active WI RN or multistate License required 4. Will see 5-6 patients per day depending on type of visit, 25-30 points per week, will be routine & OASIS visits. Weekend Requirements : Weekends only required during on call shift. 5 / Holiday Requirements : Must be available to work at least 1 major holiday & 1 minor holiday. 6. call or standby requirement : 1 on call week / weekend every 6 weeks (on call days do not have to be consecutive). 7. Floating Requirements : No floating, but YES will do both home health & hospice visits.
