Physical Therapist PT

Beechtree Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Ithaca, NY, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehab team. We specialize in both short-term rehab and long-term care, providing a warm, supportive environment where your skills make a daily difference.

What You’ll Do :

Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans

Deliver physical therapy to help residents regain function, mobility, and independence

Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Work collaboratively with nursing staff, occupational therapists, and speech therapists

Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to resident-centered rehabilitation goals

What You’ll Need :

Current NYS Physical Therapist license

Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred (new grads welcome!)

Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills

A passion for helping residents reach their highest potential
