Agency Director
The Agency Director (AD) is primarily responsible for leading the business strategy and the overall Agency's performance in the assigned market(s). Drives growth in premium through new and existing customers, in accordance with Company policies and systems.
The AD is a subject matter expert on all Company product distribution channels, including individual non-payroll, broker, independent agency / contractors, and worksite. They will develop and provide support to their team(s) on all Company offerings and overall execution of our business model.
In this role, the Agency Director will collaborate with Agency Leaders (AL) in assigned market(s) and provide support to Agency Coordinators (AC) and Independent Agents (IA). The AD will assist in the development and delivery of optional training and education initiatives for ACs and ICs and ensure the market(s) is operated at optimum production levels and the sourcing & appointment of ACs and IAs.
Executive Sales Direction
Create and establish the general direction of their assigned market(s). Assess and adapt plans and priorities to address service gaps and / or operational challenges.
Protect and promote the Combined brand in the Marketplace. Act as the liaison between the Company and customers.
Oversee the execution of all aspects of sales, training, and operational support for assigned market(s).
Sourcing & Recruiting
Provide support to the ALs and ACs with sourcing prospective new Independent Agent candidates and independent agencies to sell Combined products.
Make recommendations on accepting / rejecting candidates for appointment as Independent Agents.
Coach and develop high performing Managers according to Combined training programs, standards, and expectations.
Work with ALs to identify targeted, optional training needs.
Support ALs with the rollout of new product training, sales tools and / or distribution channels.
Analyze and manage performance of Agency Leaders in the assigned market(s).
Works with Compliance team to ensure that agency sales are done in a compliant manner and in accordance with state regulators.
The base salary for this role is $100,000. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package.
