Excellent communication and client relationship skills. The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$180,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Job Description
Job Title : Insurance Coverage Attorney
Location : Fully remote - Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies, including CGL, D&O, E&O, and property policies.
- Provide coverage opinions and recommendations to insurer and policyholder clients.
- Manage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions and bad faith claims.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; handle depositions and court appearances.
- Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and deliver excellent service.
