HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare company in Leavenworth, IN.

Daily Responsibilities For Physical Therapist

• Optimizes the physical abilities and skills of patients
• Evaluating and treating all patients who could benefit from intervention
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives in a compliant and timely manner
• Communicating patient status and needs to the patient
• 8am - 5pm; Monday-Friday

Pay Details : $42 / hr - $48 / hr
