Get Set ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children in Baltimore County .

RBT Job Responsibilities :

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in homes or schools in the Baltimore County area

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals

Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors

Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions

Schedule and Locations :

Flexible hours — daytime, afternoon, and early evening shifts available

Serve families near you in : Towson, Owings Mills, Catonsville, Essex, Dundalk, Pikesville, Woodlawn, Cockeysville,

RBT Qualifications :

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification , or willingness to obtain it (we provide support)

High school diploma

Prior experience working with children, especially in special education, childcare, or mental health is a plus

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes / schools

Must pass background checks and meet all state / federal requirements
