A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are seeking a motivated General Manager to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the Scottsdale area.
Position :
The General Manager will oversee all studio functions, including sales and operations.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience (preferred)
- Confidence in generating personal sales and supervising sales staff
- Ability to manage multiple revenue streams, such as memberships and retail
- Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
- Solution-oriented, results-driven, with a competitive spirit
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously
- Passion for fitness
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and organized
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and the public
- Proficiency with computers and studio management software
- College Degree (preferred)
- This is a full-time position. Candidates must have flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
