Role Specifics and Benefits : As a Labor & Delivery RN, you'll expertly monitor labor progression, fetal heart rate patterns, and maternal physiology; manage active labor, pelvic surveillance, and emergent obstetric interventions; support pre- and post-delivery care, neonatal stabilization, and lactation counseling; and collaborate closely with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and neonatal teams to ensure safe, evidence-based outcomes.
