Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Springfield Memorial Hospital - Springfield, IL

$60,000 sign-on bonus for experienced CRNAs committing to a one-year term. Additional $15,000 incentive for CRNAs with cardiac anesthesia experience. Enjoy 80 hours of front-loaded PTO.

Springfield Memorial Hospital is looking for Certified Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our expanding anesthesia department. With the option to work in the Main OR or split your time between Main OR and CVOR, you will benefit from a diverse case mix, competitive pay, and excellent opportunities for professional development.

    • 23 Main ORs

  • 4 CVORs
  • 6 Ambulatory Surgery ORs
  • Multiple off-site locations (OB, GI, IR, ECT, Cath Lab)

    • Work with patients of all ages and ASA classifications.

  • Flexible Scheduling : Enjoy a variety of shifts and at-home call coverage.
  • Advanced Technology : Experience a Level 1 Trauma Center with standardized anesthesia equipment and a robust EHR (Cerner).

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus for experienced CRNAs.
  • 80 hours of front-loaded PTO.

  • Continuing education support :

    • 5 days + $4,500 paid annually.

  • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

    • Qualifications

  • Completion of an AANA-accredited anesthesia program.
  • MSN, DNP, or equivalent degree.
  • Illinois RN and APN licensure (or eligibility).
  • NBCRNA certification (or new graduates eligible for certification).
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
