neonate role : daytime admissions, all NICU patients, night call from home and they get called back if pre-term delivery less than 34 weeks and / or multiple children less than 36 weeks-Support : Pediatric hospitalist in house 24 / 7, will admit at night unless conditions above happen-Patient volume : 800-900 deliveries projected for 2021-EMR : Epic-Group : 4 pediatric hospitalist, 1 Neonatologist-Hospital : 500 beds, 8 bed NICU, Level II NICU-Required : Board certified or board eligible with California license
