As part of our unwavering commitment to fostering children's success, Therapy Source is actively seeking Bilingual English / Spanish Speech Language Pathologists with a Pennsylvania State License to provide virtual therapy services for online charter school students. Scheduling is flexible and can be based on your availability. No caseload minimum is required.

Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details :

  • Location : Online (Virtual Platform)
  • Scheduling :  For the current school year. Flexible - tailored to your availability.
  • Salary Range : $65-$75 per hour

Qualifications :

  • Pennsylvania Licensure : Hold licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Clearances : Possession of up-to-date clearances or a willingness to obtain them.
  • Professional Liability Insurance : Proof of individual professional liability insurance or a readiness to acquire it.

    • Responsibilities of Speech-Language Pathologists May Include :

  • Holistic Support : Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that influence educational goals.
  • Evaluation Expertise : Assisting in comprehensive evaluations and formulating tailored goals for students in need of speech / language therapy.
  • IEP Collaboration : Providing ongoing support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Thorough Documentation : Maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
  • IEP Development : Creating and implementing Individual Education Programs.
  • Reporting Excellence : Completing all related work, documentation, and reporting requirements.
