The Allstate Staci Boudreaux Agency is looking for a dedicated, driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are an established agency with 3 locations, serving customers across Louisiana and Texas, offering competitive auto, home, renters, and life insurance products.
This position is in-office preferred at our Lafayette location, but remote work is available for the right candidate. Several members of our team currently work remotely, and we offer strong support and training regardless of location.

Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend the best coverage options
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Customize insurance policies based on client goals and circumstances
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound calls
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements- Active Louisiana or Texas P&C license preferred (we will assist the right candidate with licensing)
- Experience in insurance sales or related fields is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on helping clients
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative
- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other technology tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
