Daily Responsibilities : Work closely with project managers to understand project scope, timeline, and budget Coordinate all construction activities, including site preparation, grading, planting, and hardscape installation Ensure projects adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations Lead and supervise a team of skilled laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders Required Skills : Experience in construction, hardscapes, and superintendent roles Over 5 years of industry experience preferred Knowledge of construction detailing and supervising hardscapes Ability to coordinate and work with various construction crews Strong communication and leadership skills Company Information : McDugald Steele, Inc. is a landscape architectural, construction, and management company based in Houston, Texas.
