Responsibilities
The CIMES Associate Director / Information Manager (IM) serves as a center administrator and is responsible for all activities of the Information Management Section. The IM also administers the activities of the Clearinghouse for Applied Research and Public Service, including Florida ExpertNet (ExpertNet) and the Graduate Candidate Information System (GCIS). As part of the CIMES leadership team, the IM assists in seeking funding, creating proposals, developing strategic plans, and budget planning. The IM may serve as PI / Co-PI on designated sponsored research projects.
