Command the Courtroom : Appear confidently at hearings and trials across Northern Virginia, advocating persuasively on behalf of clients before judges and juries. Deliver Excellence in Advocacy : Prepare, file, and argue motions, memoranda, and other key legal documents, ensuring every filing strengthens the defense and advances client goals. Licensed to Practice Law in Virginia. A minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal defense is preferred, which should include handling felony cases and conducting jury trials.
