Service Team Lead Walser Automotive Group

Join a family-owned automotive leader with over 70 years of excellence. As a Service Team Lead, youll oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional teamwork, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Compensation :

$70,000 - $100,000 annual salary : Base salary with incentive opportunities

What Youll Do

Lead and support service team operations and workflow

Coordinate internal repair orders and communicate schedules with the Used Vehicle Team

Manage approvals, deliveries, and tracking with the Recon department

Process service invoices and warranty repair orders

Oversee rental operations, vehicle deliveries, and cleanliness standards

Partner with advisors and accounting to close out repair orders each month

Support Express and Main Shop administrative functions

What Youll Bring

2+ years of automotive dealership or service leadership experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

General automotive knowledge and computer proficiency

Bachelors degree preferred, not required

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
