Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice at CUMC Bergan Mercy in Omaha, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing direct clinical care in an ambulatory setting and provides health maintenance exams with appropriate patient education for all adults. They will perform procedures commensurate with education, training and experience. Our Advanced Practice Providers are a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team with advanced communication skills.

Practice Highlights

• Outpatient only
• Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week
• Average of 16-20 patient visits per day
• 4 or 4 1 / 2 day work week (no weekends)
• Some 7am starts
• Flexible, independent practice style

Pay Range

$56.36 - $65.76 / hour
