Key Responsibilities

Lead the radiology practice and collaborate with physicians for strategic growth

Oversee scheduling, new hires, licensing, credentialing, and resolve scheduling issues

Manage quality programs, ensure billing compliance, and monitor practice metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; MHA or MBA is a plus

5+ years in management, healthcare administration, or radiology; private practice experience preferred

Experience in accounting, finance, and Excel modeling with multiple variables

Proven track record of working closely with physicians and customer relationship management

Strong leadership and process design skills
