We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound inquiries, manage customer disputes, and qualify leads across our websites and verticals. You'll play a critical role in delivering a consistent and positive experience for our customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, a proactive attitude, and a knack for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound call queue and website chats.
- Make outbound calls to qualify and validate leads.
- Review and resolve customer disputes promptly in alignment with company policies.
- Process SMS leads quickly to support efficient customer outreach.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-focused approach.
- Validate leads from both in-house and affiliate sources for quality assurance.
- Provide guidance to customers uncertain of which product best suits their needs.
- Create and build lead lists to support sales team efforts.
- Communicate customer territory changes with other departments.
- Call delinquent customer accounts to collect late payments.
- Maintaining up to date records of communication with all customer accounts.
