Accounting Analyst (Part-time)

Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis on a remote schedule (will only need to come onsite occasionally). This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in manufacturing finance. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting operational decision-making, and assisting the CFO with overflow tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Consolidation : Gather, review, and consolidate financial data from multiple sources for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Variance Analysis : Analyze actual vs. budgeted figures and provide actionable insights to management.
• Cost Tracking : Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory adjustments, and overhead allocations.
• Data Integrity : Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.
• Reporting : Prepare concise reports for leadership, highlighting trends and recommendations.
• Compliance : Assist with internal controls and adherence to company policies.
• CFO Support : Provide assistance on overflow projects and tasks as directed by the CFO, including ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
