Associate Recruiter

A company is looking for a High Volume Recruiter to work in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Managing the end-to-end candidate process, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding Communicating final hiring offers to managers and preparing offer letters while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a four-year university degree preferred At least one year of experience in a recruiting or administrative role supporting full-life cycle recruitment Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure Professional demeanor for career fairs and employment-related functions
