General Qualifications :

Sales Management, Customer Service, and Team Leadership skills.

Knowledge of RV products and industry trends and love of the outdoors.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in Sales or Dealership Operations is a Plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in the RV industry is a plus but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in RV repair preferred.

Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar mechanical role.

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, additional career training provided.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
